Our requirements

You should have a good command of the consulting toolbox - one to two years of practice in one of the leading consultancies is a plus. Knowledge of the relevant industries is important in order to be able to deliver added value to customers quickly.

Confident appearance at the customer, empathy towards customerts and colleagues as well as leadership qualities are a must. International experience is clearly an advantage, you should know the German market well.

Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hands-on consulting talent who, after one or two years of practice in one of the leading strategy consultancies, wants to grow further. In return, we offer scope for development from the initial sub-project management with support to independent project responsibility after about one year.

Experience with life sciences projects or from the life sciences industry is as important for the satisfaction of our customers as team spirit, fun at work and a highly professional approach to people and tasks.

Responsibility

  • Initially: Sub-project management alone at the customer's site with a lot of personal responsibility
  • Depending on experience: independent project management at the customer's site or complete structuring of projects from the preparation of the offer to the presentation of the offer to the customer
  • Independent structuring and completion of complex analyses and tasks

Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced consulting talent who wants to conquer new territory after three to five years of practice in one of the leading strategy consultancies. To this end, we offer a lot of creative freedom from team leadership and coaching to (partial) project management.

Experience with life science projects or the life science industry is as important for the satisfaction of our customers as team spirit, fun at work and a highly professional approach to people and tasks.

Responsibility

  • Perfect in Project Management / PMO
  • Independent project management at the customer
  • Supervision and coaching of teams of at least one or two juniors, consultants or freelancers
  • Acquisition of projects from existing customers
  • Complete structuring of projects from the preparation of the offer to the presentation of the offer to the customer
  • Independent structuring and completion of complex analyses and tasks
